Know Your Customers

Once you figured out your why, now it’s time to identify your WHO. You have to be obsessed with your customers and fully understand how they think and act, where they live, what challenges they face, and how your product fits into their daily lives.

The more you know about your customers better you can market to them and get them to sign up for your waitlist.
